Delete Your Monochrome Account
Monochrome allows users to request permanent deletion of their account and associated personal data in accordance with Google Play’s Account Deletion policy.
How to request account deletion
To delete your Monochrome account, please follow the steps below:
Enter the email address associated with your Monochrome account in the form below.
Submit the account deletion request.
We may contact you to verify ownership of the account for security purposes.
Once verified, your account and personal data will be permanently deleted.
You do not need to have the Monochrome app installed to request deletion.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
Your Monochrome user profile
Personal details (name, email, phone number)
Ride history and in-app activity
Loyalty points, credits, and preferences
Data retention exceptions
In some cases, Monochrome may retain limited information where required by law, regulation, or for legitimate business purposes such as:
Fraud prevention
Legal or regulatory compliance
Financial record-keeping
