our Security PIN is a unique 4-digit code that helps protect your Monochrome driver account.

When you first create your account, a default Security PIN will be assigned to you. We strongly recommend changing it to a PIN that only you know.

You can change your Security PIN at any time by going to:

Menu → App Settings → Security PIN

Your Security PIN may be used to verify your identity when you contact Driver Support or request important changes to your account. This extra layer of security helps prevent unauthorised access and keeps your account safe.

Please keep your Security PIN private and never share it with anyone. Monochrome staff will only ask for your PIN when it is necessary to verify your identity.

Over time, your Security PIN may also be used to authorise additional security features and sensitive account actions, helping to provide even greater protection for your account.
