“Please check your referral code entered and try again.”
This means the system couldn’t match the referral code you typed to any existing valid code in our database. Let’s explain why this happens and how to fix it quickly.

Here are the most frequent reasons this error pops up:
Incorrect case sensitivity
Referral codes are case-sensitive.

Extra spaces
Be careful not to include spaces before or after the code.

Wrong characters or typos
Check that you haven’t accidentally swapped a number for a letter or vice versa.

Match the capital letters exactly — referral codes must be entered in all caps.

Tap “Send OTP” again — the OTP should now be sent successfully.
