Here’s how we’ve got your back when you need help:

1. In-App Support Access

You don’t need to go far to get help. Simply open your Monochrome app, head to your dashboard, and tap on “Chat Support.” From there, you can:

  • Submit a support ticket

  • Browse frequently asked questions


2. Email Us Directly

Need something more detailed or account-specific? Email our Brand Partnership Support team at:

Use this if:

  • You’re missing a referral reward

  • Your analytics data looks incorrect

  • You're having issues sharing your code

  • You suspect fraudulent activity related to your account

We aim to respond as soon as possible.


3. Dashboard Issues? We’ll Fix It Fast.

Your dashboard is your control center. If you notice any problems—such as referral counts not updating, earnings not reflecting accurately, or slow loading—let us know immediately via in-app support or email.

We’ll:

  • Investigate your data history

  • Manually verify your referral activity

  • Apply corrections and credit you if necessary

Transparency is key, and we’ll always explain what we find.


4. Security & Code Protection

If you believe someone is misusing your referral code or impersonating you:

  • Report it right away

  • Our fraud prevention team will step in and take action

  • You’ll be protected from losing out on earned rewards due to unethical activity

Monochrome has systems in place to monitor referral abuse, but your reports help us act faster.
