Whether you're just getting started or looking to maximize your earnings, this FAQ will walk you through the most common questions we receive about the Monochrome Brand Partner Program. Here’s everything you need to know in one place.


1. What is the Brand Partner Program?

The Brand Partner Program allows you to promote Monochrome by sharing your unique referral code. When someone downloads the app using your code and/or completes their first ride, both you and your referee receive rewards, however you also get paid to your bank account. It's our way of saying thank you for helping us grow the Monochrome community.


2. How do I join the program?

All users are pre-selected by our team, however, you can apply through the Monochrome app by contacting our brand team. Spaces are limited, and will depend on a few other things but if approved, you’ll receive access to your unique referral code, analytics dashboard, and promotional tools.


3. How much can I earn per referral?

You earn a rate for every successful referral—that’s when someone uses your code to download the app and another rate for when someone completes their first ride. Your referee will also receive a reward, making it a win-win.


4. Where can I find my referral code?

Once you're a partner, you can find your code in the app under the "Share My Code" section on your dashboard or in the 'earn free rides' section. From there, you can copy it or share it directly through social media, email, or messaging apps.


5. How can I track my performance?

We provide you with a personalized analytics dashboard showing:

  • Total earnings

  • Number of downloads

  • Conversion rates

  • Completed rides through your link
    This helps you track what’s working and where you can improve.


6. When do I receive my referral rewards?

Rewards are credited to your Monochrome account once your referee completes their first ride. You’ll get a notification and see the updated amount in your dashboard.


7. Can I use my code in paid ads or promotions?

Yes—brand partners are allowed to use their code in paid social media ads, content marketing, blogs, and more. However, it’s important to avoid spamming or misrepresenting Monochrome in any way. Honest and creative promotion is encouraged!


8. Do referrals expire?

Each referral remains active and if they later take their first ride, it will be recorded. The user will be on record for as long as your partnership deal is active. After that window, the referral may become void for reward purposes.


9. Is there a limit to how many referrals I can make?

Nope! There’s no cap on your earnings. The more you share, the more you can earn.


10. What happens if I need support?
