Role and Responsibilities

It is pertinent to know your main role and effectively handle your responsibilities. Fielders are to go into the streets of Abuja and drive more downloads and sign-ups of the Monochrome app, and bring about publicity alongside.

We have a target of 40,000 downloads in 6 months, therefore each staff is expected to have 20 sign-ups daily. It’s achievable, though not easy, so it boils down completely to how committed you are to working.

Fielders Guidelines / Anti-Fraud

Fielders are encouraged to promote Monochrome using any combination of the following channels:

• Street-level marketing or events

• Personal social media accounts

• Word of mouth, etc.

Promotional methods must comply with applicable laws and Monochrome’s ethical standards.

Fielders must not engage in or encourage:

• Fake or incentivized downloads through bots, scripts, or multiple accounts

• Misleading advertising or misrepresentation

• Any form of spam or harassment

If Monochrome reasonably suspects fraud or breach, it reserves the right to:

• Withhold or reverse payments

• Terminate the agreement

• Pursue legal action

You are encouraged to bring downloads and publicity sincerely. Please desist from opening multiple accounts on one device. We can see device brand and serial number from the backend. Doing such is fraud and Monochrome frowns at it.

Logistics / Compensation

• Fielders will receive ₦400 per verified download, tracked and validated by Monochrome.

• Payments will be processed weekly (Tuesdays).

A “verified download” is defined as:

• A unique download by a new user

• Registration completed using the fielder’s referral code

• Passed fraud-prevention checks

Each fielder will have 2 shirts.
You will be transported to your destination by the company daily — just focus on your work without stress.

Reporting and Communication

• Each Fielder must send a daily report to the WhatsApp group chat.
  This includes:

  • Names signed up

  • Number of users

  • Location worked at

• For check-in:

  • Picture on arrival

  • Picture during break

  • Picture at close of work

The WhatsApp group ensures communication, attendance, and safety.
